Peanut Butter Homemade Granola


I'm never buying Granola again! This is a much cheaper version and healthier way to make granola without all that excess sugar!

(Matt's breakfast this morning)


Ingredients:
2 cups quick oats
4 Tbsp peanut butter
4 Tbsp honey
cinnamon to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees, grease cookie sheet
2. Melt peanut butter and honey in microwave (about 20 seconds)
3. Add vanilla and cinnamon
4. Drizzle peanut butter mixture over oats and mix until thoroughly combined
5. Spread out mixture onto cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
