Skinny Cheeseburger Wraps

So even I of all people really get a craving for a cheeseburger every once in awhile. This is by far the healthiest version of a cheeseburger you can make! Not to mention it is absolutely delish. I use ground beef in this recipe because the fat, carbs, calories and cholesterol are much better for you with the 98% lean beef compared to ground turkey. But turkey would work just as well!

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4-5 tortillas 

60 calorie, low carb low fat whole wheat tortillas (they sound awful but actually rock)
"I can't believe it's not butter" spray
1 lb 98% lean ground beef 
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (I used much more because I love this stuff)
1 tsp dried minced onion or onion powder
1 tbsp ketchup
pepper and salt to taste
shredded low fat cheese, (I used the fat free sharp cheddar squares)
sliced tomatoes
yellow mustard


1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat/water once cooked
2. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried onion, salt and pepper.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Spray one side of tortilla with "I can't believe it's not butter"
5. Layer cheese in the center of each tortilla. Put a generous portion of ground beef on top of the cheese. Layer it with mustard and tomato.
6. Roll the tortilla burrito style and place on a George Foreman Grill, Panini Press or on stove top. 
7. Cook until warm all the way through or golden brown.

Eat and enjoy your guilt free cheeseburger.
