Pizza Monkey Bread

This is super duper easy, delicious, but unfortunately not at all healthy.. but hey who cares:

Ingredients:

2 cans refrigerated biscuits (I used Pillsbury Grands)
1/4 cup olive oil 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder (I had to use Garlic Salt)1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning7 oz Pepperoni4 oz hard salami8 oz Shreded Cheese


Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Cut the pepperoni and any other ingredients you choose to add into bite size pieces. Toss biscuits, oil and spices in a bowl until all pieces are well coated. Add in additional ingredients and mix well.

Evenly spread the mixture in a bundt pan sprayed with Non Stick Spray.(Follow the link to find out how to make your own)  Bake for 23 – 25 mins until golden brown and cooked all the way through. ( You may need to add a few extra minutes if it’s still doughy in the middle) 

Remove from oven and flip immediately onto plate or cooling rack. Let cool sevearl minutes, then invert onto serving tray. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!!
