Fall Cookie Cake

I made this super quick cookie cake recipe for a Halloween party I went to and it turned out delicious! The topping possibilities are endless.. but who says you have to spend hours in the kitchen.. this is certainly a semi-homemade recipe and pretty much fool-proof!

Ingredients
  • 1 - 16.5 oz refrigerated.roll of chocolate chip cookies
  • 1 can vanilla frosting
  • orange food coloring
  • 1 cup Reeses Pieces
  • 1 cup chopped Rolos
  • Chocolate Syrup
Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating oven to temperature on cookie roll.
  2. Line a large jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  3. Take out cookie dough from package and press together. Roll out until it's a circle that is about 1/4 inch thick. Cook 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let cookie cool.
  5. Frost cookie with orange (or any other color) of frosting.
  6. Top with cut up Rolos and Reeses Pieces.
  7. Drizzle on chocolate syrup.
