I really liked this recipe because it was a traditional coffee cake.. Not the type you'd get at say a Starbucks that's chalked full of calories and fat and feels heavy as a rock in your stomach. If paired with coffee this light crumbly cake rocks ! Enjoy :)

Dough:
2 cups bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
2 TBSP white sugar
Topping:
1/3 cup bisquick
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 TBSP butter
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray 8 by 8 baking pan.
2. Mix dough ingredients and place in pan.
3. Mix topping ingredients with electric mixer until crumbly.
4. Spread topping over dough mixture and drag a butter knife in a tick tac toe pattern.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
