Bourbon Bread Pudding

I am super excited to say that I made up this recipe and it didn't turn out to be a complete disaster! If you have any leftover bread or bourbon this is the recipe for you! Enjoy.. And no this is definitely not healthy, for the lighter version of bread pudding click HERE

Leftover bread (I used 7 hamburger buns and a few slices of sourdough)
 2 shots Bourbon
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup brown sugar 
1 can sweet cream of condensed soup
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Slice bread into cubes 
2. Melt butter then combine sweet and condensed milk, bourbon, brown sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a large saucepan. Heat on medium heat until combined.
3. Whisk in separate bowl the egg, vanilla and milk. 
4. Add bread cubes to the condensed milk and sugar mixture to the large saucepan. Turn down heat and combine until bread is covered with mixture. 
5. Arrange the bread mixture in a bread baking pan. 
6. Pour the egg, milk, vanilla mixture over the arranged bread.
7. Bake at 3:25 for 1 hour.
